Estimate Works makes it simple to add unlimited details such as items included or excluded on the proposal or contract, or extra miscellaneous charges such as equipment rentals.
Included Items/Excluded Items:
Job items that are to be specifically included or excluded on the proposal can be selected from lists of user-defined text or added as a 'one-time' item. Items do not have associated costs, but are simply added as text to the proposal or contract. These lists have unlimited numbers of items and items can be set as defaults to be automatically included on each proposal.
Job items with associated costs can be added to estimate totals from a list or as a 'one-time' fee. This area is for extras such as equipment rentals, travel fees or for overall adjustments to the proposal such as adding coupon discounts.
Total Fees and Charges:
Estimate Works provides a quick display of the total fees categorized by item type as well as a method for adjusting the optional setup factor and taxes charged.
