Configuring Nameservers for your Web site: If you have not registered your domain with us, you will need to change the nameservers at your domain registrar. The name servers are:  Primary: ns3.justservers.ca Secondary: ns4.justservers.ca

Configuring Email Accounts on the Server: To configure email accounts on the server you need to set your mail settings to the following below. Replace 'yourdomain.com' with your own domain (ie devwave.com). Log in to your control panel at http://cp.yourdomain.com or http://cp.yourdomain.justservers.net if your domain is not yet pointing to your new account. Click on the 'Domains' icon. Click on your 'Hosted Domain' Click on 'Email Accounts (POP3) Click on the email address to edit the account or 'Add New' to create a new email account.

Configuring Email Accounts on your Computer: To use the POP3 email server using Outlook Express (or similar) you need to set your mail settings to the following:  Mail Server:  mail.yourdomain.com (or other domains) Username:  youraccount@yourdomain.com (ie info@yourdomain.com) Password:  yourpassword If you are going to use POP3 mail you will set both your incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.yourdomain.com. Your username is your email address and the password is whatever you set in HELM. Please Note: Many ISP's have blocked outgoing mail on port 25 unless it is being sent through their own smtp servers. If you are having trouble sending mail, you will either need to send through your ISP's mail server (ie smtp.rogers.com) or use our mail server (ie mail.yourdomain.com) with the following changes: Turn SMTP authentication on. Change the outgoing smtp port from 25 to 587
